Thoughts from a KiN

By JaKisumo
How can two people look at the same thing and come up with several descriptions while others look at different things and end up with a single descriptive conclusion? If we all make the right choices and decisions based on our position and situation in this walk of life, we can actually determine our infinite future.

Given an egg to draft a picture, an artist ended up drawing a hen, several eggs and himself on a huge poster. The tenderer required an explanation since he had only wanted a draft of an egg. The artist explained that he could not see any value in the egg as it was, hence his desire to expound on the opportunity and create the dream of his vision. To him, the egg was just another chance to see the big picture.

Educating on the constituency of choice tickles a myriad thoughts in us. The majority of us often make choices based on their safe havens. The inner voice tells us not to opt too far and dream ourselves into the skies albeit the pondering aspects of the human mind. We however have the possibility of blocking the barriers and breaking through to think of the skies as a mere means to reaching the end. That then means that the sky unfortunately is not the limit.

"The greatest part of our happiness or misery depends on our dispositions and not on our circumstances. Ultimately… it’s not the stories that determine our choices but the stories that we continue to choose." (Kasema Mkenya Mwenzangu)

Make the right choices, set yourself goals within your reach and work hard to achieve them and extend your horizon. As Frederick Langbridge put it, "happiness doesn’t depend upon who you are or what you have; it solely depends on what you make of it.”

Make the right choices and enjoy the Spring.
