LOLILO groove at Willy's on Christmas Day

By KiN Entertainement Reporters
Saturday 25th. December 2010 offered nice surprises to party lovers and christmas guests who attended the X-MAS Special show at Willy's Bar in Oslo. The well advertised show started at 20:00 (CET) with guests streaming in from all walks of life. Around 21:00 (CET) the hall was nearly packed with approximately 150 guests. The crew, including Mr. Willy, had lots of work due to the constant flow of guests but all the same, it was easy to admire their service at its best. Willy went from table to table wishing guests merry christmas and enquiring if all was well with them.

Surprise
With a variety of drinks, top service and relatively affordable prices and nice music, Willy's Bar seems to be attracting a majority of Oslo's middleclass with huge wallets. This could be documented within the first two hours of the party with a view of several high-end drinks filling most table tops especially around the VIP corner.

Advertised simply as an X-MAS special, the Saturday night event lived to it's theme with several DJ's spinning all from RnB, Ndombolo, Ragga, Mugithi and Reggae music from all over the world and from a maturely selected variety of artists. As if that was just a starter, the second course was Willy who entered the stage and announced that he was to perform some hits before the disco took off. He performed several songs including Malaika, Njabala, No Woman No Cry, One Love and several popular reggae hits. By the time Willy was departing the stage, the door count had hit 210 and party lovers were still streaming in.

Lolilo from Burundi
The disco was later to begin with both take-over Djs, Vjs and Cjs claiming the musical center stage only to be informed by the organisers that now the real show was to start. Some ravellers wondered why the already hot dance music was to be stopped and thought the organisers were trying to play them dirty. In a twinkle of an eye, Lolilo from Burundi practically flew in and started what was to be one of 2010's best live performances at Willy's Bar. The young talent and his Djs presented a show that shook the night and kept the dance floor packed all night long. 'Tuendelee ama tusiendelee?' was met with 'twende kazi mpaka chee' from a group of dancers who seem to have followed the artist over a long period and were in a true 'karaoke mood' as he performed.
Lolilo perfomed most of his songs including Wivu, Kazi ni Kazi, Mzizi Wa Jiwe, Narababaye, Mimi ni moto, Angel, Baby, Evolution and many more. From the time he entered the stage to the end of his show, Lolilo kept the dancers on toes with a complete mixtape level remix of Swahili, flava and Raggaeton.

Conclusion:
This is the arist to watch in 2011 as producers and promoters including Osulz Productions who hosted Lolilo at Willy's Bar promising to invite the artist for a huge concert sometime later in the year.

New Year's Party
Willy's Bar is inviting all to A 2 Year's Dance Party! starting at 20:00 (CET) on 31.12.2010 to 03:00(CET) on 01.01.2011.
