KiN Reports
Today's parliamentary debates centering on President Kibaki's nominees may as well be a defining moment for the coalition government. The best option as we consider the impact of the decisions being made by the lawmakers is a compromise between the incumbent with due respect to the coalition agreement. It is time that the players in the two main teams, PNU and ODM set aside their differences and fight for a united Kenya void of their personal interests. The offices in question are national and should be treated just that way. The partisan and tribal inclinations that most of the players are tendering gauge nothing positive for the future of the country. We request those with the said inclinations to allow the constitutional court to rule on the mismatch and respect her verdict. Put the interests of Kenya first and let the country move to greater heights!
