Nairobi grenade attacks

Kenya Police suspect members of the al-Shabaab militia for the grenade attacks that left at least 14 people injured in Nairobi Monday night. Since Kenyan soldiers entered Somalia last week in pursuit of the group, several threats of attack have been registered from al-Shabaab.

According to witnesses, an uidentified man threw a grenade into Mwaura's Pub off Mfangano Street in Nairobi at around 01:30 (EAT) Monday morning. Reports have it that the militant al-Shabaab group has already claimed responsibility for the attack.
