UHURU and RUTO are free to CAMPAIGN

Justice Minister Eugene Wamalwa now says that the ICC's decision to fix the trial dates for the four suspects after the election, in effect clears the way for two prominent suspects to campaign and participate in the coming general elections. Wamalwa maintains that the ICC process is legal and not a political process and thus the ICC process should not be part of debate as to whether it would be used to lock out some presidential candidates from participating in the coming elections. The Justice Minister however said that the government would co operate fully with the ICC.
