Tanzanian missing in Norway

A 1977 born 34 year old Tanzanian woman has been missing in Tromøy, Arendal (Norway) since Monday morning. Norwegian police has released the name and picture of the missing lady and request whoever has any information regarding her to contact the authorities immediately by phone 02800.

Kabonga Mohammed is 1.65 meters tall, weighs 50 pounds, has dark african hair and uses spectacles. Kabonga was last observed wearing a grey jacket, white T-shirt, blue jeans and red shoes. She is said to be speaking little (broken) Norwegian.

Witnesses report that they saw the woman depart from her residence at Tromøy in Arendal on a bicycle around 07.00 (CET) Monday morning. Reports also have it that the woman had called the police around the same expressing fear but she was unable to explain where she was at the time of calling but the Police set out to locate her. A major search was started when the Police did not find her after attempts to position her point of departure. Her bike was found on Tuesaday but the woman was still missing. The Civil Defence, Red Cross, Police and several volunteers are searching for Kabonga.
