There will be a Kenyan meeting at La Boheme Cafe (Ullevålsveien 14) in Oslo starting at 16:00 (CET). The topic of the day will be the new constitution and a discussion with the two visiting Kenyan ministers, Hon. Richard M. Onyonka of Foreign Affairs and Development Ministry's Hon. Mohammed Elmi. The venue has been booked for Kenyans and friends and will host the evening party.
