After several months of deliberation, information and testing, the much awaited and cherished start of a new era is at it's dawn. We at KiN have been running several stories and debates about the need for a a uniting Kenyan organisation for all Kenyans living in Norway. We have been collecting data and informing Kenyans and friends of Kenya in Norway on the way forward for a united and goal oriented approach to managing our affairs despite the many differences and likenesses that we all share.
At the top of our page, Kenyans and friends of Kenya have had the opportunity to register and become members of the Association of Kenyans in Norway. We are therefore proud to announce the official launch of the one uniting Kenya Association in Norway as of Sunday the 7th. of November 2010. Details of the launch and top stories and presentations of the attendees at the launch plus the minutes of the same will be availed on this page as soon as our editorial board have perused the same. Plans for a major workshop to detail the confines of the association are underway.
We congratulate all Kenyans in Norway and wish the Association of Kenyans in Norway all the best.

We look forward to the workshop even though we may only attend on-line/phone. Know that there are several Kenyans in Norway, far beyond those in the Oslo area. We need a wider perspective. Stop concentrating only on the few Kenyans in Oslo! Thanks to KiN for informing us of the developments.
