The fate of the much debated list of President Kibaki’s nominees for top judicial posts reached a climax when the Speaker Hon. Kenneth Marende directed the Justice and Legal Affairs team to table their report by Wednesday noon. The team led by Ababu Namwamba asked for more time to detail their report despite the opposition by PNU.
Reports reaching KiN from Nairobi have it that the team failed to reach a consesus thus not managing to hand over the reports as directed by the Speaker.
