Today, Wednesday the 15th. December 2010 starting at 12:00 (Hague local time), the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Luis Moreno-Ocampo will hold a press conference on Kenya.
The prosecutor will file two applications for summons in connection with Kenya’s post-election violence. Moreno –Ocampo is expected to name the six or so Kenyans he wants charged with crimes against humanity.
