The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Luis Moreno-Ocampo presented six names at a press conference held at the briefing room of the ICC in The Hague today. The six post election violence (PEV) suspects presented by the prosecutor are:
. Uhuru Kenyatta, deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance
. Henry Kosgey, Minister for Industrialisation
. William Ruto, suspended Minister for Education
. Joshua Arap Sang, radio executive
. Francis Kirimi Muthaura, Secretary to the Cabinet
. Mohammed Hussein Ali, former Police chief
