Flags were at half-mast at the Royal Palace in Oslo to mark the death of 82 year old Princess Ragnhild. The latter is King Harald V's eldest sister. The Princess moved from Norway to her matrimonial home in Rio de Janeiro after her marriage with Erling Lorentzen in 1953. Condolance book will be available for the public at the Palace starting this Wednesday 19th. September.
